Post-purchase of hearing aids, Scarlet helps patients keep track of things like insurance coverage, timing for speaker replacements, etc. She’s always available and prompt about “troubleshooting” malfunctioning hearing aids; she’ll always recalibrate hearing aids to suit changing patient needs.
Scarlet is most personable and easy to chat with. She’s very human in her approach and never forgets she’s dealing with patients who are somewhat fearful, upset, and perplexed by what’s going on with their hearing. As honestly as possible, she’s reassuring and her “Can Do” attitude goes a long way in reassuring patients that there’s somebody and some technology on their side.
There are many audiologists in town; there are many places where one might get hearing aids. What puts Scarlet on top is that she takes the time to educate, inform, work with, and always be there for the patient. She services hearing aids promptly because she realizes that we who wear them are forced into a very frustrating world without them.
